Gregg Burt
Chairman

Gregg joined Hart in April 2007 with an accomplished career in executive leadership managing a range of businesses. He is a seasoned executive with a solid record of success arranging financing, building and leading a range of technology businesses. Prior to joining Hart, Gregg was CEO of BuildForge, Inc., where he led the dramatic growth of this early stage enterprise software start-up, which was sold to IBM in 2006.
Prior to BuildForge, Gregg was Founder and CEO of PerformanceRetail, Inc. Gregg has been a partner at Accenture and has held various executive positions at Schlumberger Ltd., in Paris, France. During these assignments, he acquired extensive international experience in multiple merger and acquisition transactions involving both public and private entities.
Gregg holds a Masters of Business Administration with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California. He is a regular guest lecturer in Entrepreneurship, venture financing and M&A at the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin.
Phillip Braithwaite
Chief Executive Officer

Since joining Hart in 2001 Phillip has held a variety of executive roles, including sales & marketing, strategic planning, and general management. He has been a driving force behind the company's product portfolio, strong customer acquisition, passionate customer satisfaction, and profitable growth that has transformed Hart into an established market leader.
Phillip has worked in the state and local technology industry since 1999. He came to Hart from Dell Inc., where he held leadership positions across multiple business disciplines.
Phillip holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
Neil Tuch
Managing Director, H.I.G. Capital

Neil is a Managing Director in H.I.G. Capital's San Francisco office. He has over a decade of investment experience and focuses on building H.I.G.'s investment portfolio in the western United States. Neil is involved in all aspects of the investment process including deal sourcing, transaction negotiation and execution, and portfolio company oversight.
Prior to joining H.I.G., Neil was with Summit Partners, a private equity firm, and a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, the multi-national consulting firm. Earlier in his career, Neil worked for Goldman Sachs Mergers and Acquisitions department and founded a program for New York Cares, a not-for-profit organization. Neil has served on the board of directors of numerous private companies and community organizations.
Neil holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
Jeff Bohl
Principal, H.I.G. Capital

Jeff is a Principal in H.I.G. Capital's San Francisco office, where he focuses on making investments in growth-oriented companies across a range of industries. Jeff sits on the board of several H.I.G. portfolio companies, where he works with management teams to exploit value-enhancing opportunities and manage risk throughout the life of H.I.G.'s investments.
Jeff has more than a decade of experience in private equity and M&A. Prior to joining H.I.G. Capital, Jeff worked for JPMorgan and Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised small, high-growth companies on M&A transactions and other strategic initiatives.
Jeff holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Colorado.
Amanda Kalin
Vice President, H.I.G. Capital

Amanda is an Associate in H.I.G. Capital's San Francisco office. She has over seven years of private equity and investment banking experience. Currently at H.I.G., Amanda identifies, structures, and executes investment opportunities, and works with the management teams of portfolio companies on strategic initiatives that enhance value.
Prior to H.I.G. Capital, Amanda worked for Citigroup Investment Banking where she executed M&A transactions and equity and debt offerings for Fortune 500 companies, and for Calvert Social Investment Foundation where she underwrote investments in social enterprise and microfinance institutions.
Amanda holds a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and International Studies from the University of Chicago.
