Summary

Hart is looking for a talented, experienced Content Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for planning, developing, and implementing the company's content strategy. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for the management of the creation and production of online and offline marketing and sales support content. The role includes creation and management of a new content roadmap to support content needs across communication channels. The Content Marketing Manager will also be responsible for marketing campaign management and the creation of a new campaign roadmap to plan and track multiple, simultaneous, cross-channel campaigns. These may include geographic/territory-specific or more broad-reaching product launch or customer engagement campaigns. Campaign management also includes responsibility and expertise in all campaign delivery channels, including marketing automation/email tools (e.g. Marketo), direct mail, social media, website, and others.

Responsibilities:

  • Content management, including creation and management of content roadmap
  • Creation of cross-channel and channel-specific content in support of prioritized marketing campaigns or other strategic initiatives
  • Management of a shared content directory/inventory to ensure key stakeholders have quick and easy access to latest content organized by topic
  • Campaign management, including creation and management of campaign roadmap
  • Development of a strong cross-functional working relationship with multiple groups within Hart, with special focus on the Sales and Product Management teams
  • Management of company’s press release process, creating the content and pushing across multiple channels

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience that can be applied to this role’s requirements and objectives
  • Exceptional content creation / writing skills
  • Track record of developing subject matter expertise related to the products, services, solutions being marketed
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills & experience
  • Strong organizational agility and ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the email/marketing automation systems (ideally Marketo)
  • Working knowledge of additional channel execution details (DM, social, website content management, etc.)
