Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist



Hart is looking for a Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist to lead and assist with various marketing functions including: • Event management • Campaign management (Email, Direct Mail, Social Media) • Social Media Management • Website Management • Managing email lists in Salesforce • Special Projects • Marketo experience preferred. This function will require the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment, including developing a strong working relationship primarily with the Hart Sales team and across organizations. To optimize marketing effectiveness, it is expected that the Marketing Specialist will become familiar with Hart’s entire suite of software, hardware, and professional services solutions.


  • EVENTS: The Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist will be fully responsible for partnering with Sales on the management of Hart’s trade show and industry event planning including social hours and user groups. This role will also be responsible for scheduling, budgeting, logistical support, sponsor payment processing, and physical inventory management of marketing materials to support trade shows, industry events, sales activities, and marketing campaigns. Up to 25% travel is required.
  • CAMPAIGNS: The Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist will work with the Content Marketing Manager to project manage and execute multiple ongoing marketing campaigns throughout the year. Campaigns are typically comprised of emails, direct mail, and social posts. Responsibility includes learning Marketo in and out. About 60% of your time will be managing and launching email campaigns, drip campaigns, and landing pages through Marketo and project managing each campaign in the project management tool, Monday. Project managing campaigns also includes ensuring Direct Mail is printed and mailed to the appropriate Sales Force email distribution and posting social media posts to LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA: This role is responsible for Hart’s social media channels, including process definition, and planning based on strategic direction from departmental and company leadership. The Sales Enablement Marketing Specialist will manage multiple input streams and priorities coming from various cross-functional stakeholders.
  • WEBSITE AND SALES PORTAL MANAGEMENT: In addition, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Hart website and sales portal content. The external website ( will need periodic updates to maintain content in support of various strategic or campaign-related priorities. The sales portal will need daily updates for the sales collateral and tools needed to help our sales team sell.
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating and launching a new marketing project tracking processes within Monday. This will be done in partnership with members of the broader Marketing team and will help ensure inter- and intra-team alignment on project prioritization, assignment/ownership, status, and next steps.
  • OTHER DUTIES: Finally, the Marketing Specialist may be called upon as needed to assist with various other priorities and tasks of the Marketing team (e.g., Direct mail production for a campaign, event planning for an internal employee team-building event, cross-functional assistance with proposal production, video projects, metrics/analytics/reporting, etc.).


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience, preferably in Marketing, Sales, or related specialties
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills & experience
  • Strong organizational agility and ability to build strong cross-functional working relationships
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly ramp on the use of various technology tools including Monday, Social Platforms, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Suite
  • Strong preference for candidates who know or are interested in learning additional technical functions and tools including marketing automation/email system such as Marketo and Adobe Creative Suite for graphics/design
  • This role includes some physical requirements for tasks such as packing boxes for shipping, table/chair/exhibit set up at trade shows, etc.
