In order to better serve our customers, we provide customer support through our Customer Support Center and Hartline tracking system. Customers may submit incidents, change requests and enhancement requests, through our Customer Support Center and Hartline.
Customers have a consistent source for real-time help from a knowledgeable Customer Support Consultant via phone or email.

Customer Support Center hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. During major election events we will have extended Customer Support Center hours.
